As a child and teenager, Mike felt like an awkward misfit. But the day his father brought him to work that all changed. How Paul Schoenberger led the small electrical contracting business taught Mike how to better connect to himself and those around him. 

He eventually bought the business from his father and transformed it into one of Canada’s leading business communications companies. Along the way, however, he experienced tremendous loss and trauma, disrupting how he lived and worked. 

Through a series of extraordinary experiences, Mike eventually learned to open himself to the world again. He got clear on who he really is, at his core, and the kind of leader he wants to be.

Today, he is the CEO of Sunco, where he leads his business, relationships, and communities with radical love. He is also a board member and leader of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Edmonton Chapter, where he’s served as a coach to rising entrepreneurs in the EO Accelerator program. 

Inspired by the legacy of his father, Mike is on a mission to empower entrepreneurs to leverage raw emotions for remarkable business growth.
